It gets worse. Planning to boycott advertisers? Not a chance. ABC feels this is so special that they are not going to have sponsors or commercials. They'll also be offering it free of charge for downloading off iTunes. Basically it's a $30 mm contribution to the GOP to curry favor.

About the only way to impact ABC is targeting ABC News, Disney or ESPN. Turn them off. Write/email them. Threaten advertisers of ABCNews perhaps. But most importantly, don't watch or Tivo the special. They don't deserve the satisfaction or promotional benefits of viewership numbers.
