We can talk as much as we want about this fall's elections- who's ahead, who's behind, how close we are to regaining a majority in one house of Congress or both. But discussion is one thing-
action is another.
What have you been doing for your favorite candidates? Have you contributed money? Time? Your house for a house party? Have you loaded your car with bumper stickers? Cluttered your lawn with lawn signs? Attended a rally?
Often the only recognition we get from the money, time, and effort we put into a campaign is a general "thank you" to all supporters. But often our collective efforts go unnoticed. And while many of us care more about getting our candidates elected rather than feeling that our efforts are appreciated, it's always nice to hear a personal "thank you" or recieve a pat on the back.
Fellow Kossacks- tell us your stories- positive and negative. And those who are reading them, throw some mojo their way for their efforts.
And if you haven't had the money or time to contribute yet, there are several weeks left to go! Remember- change doesn't take place without getting involved. It's time to FIGHT for a change!
