I still haven't made up my mind about this issue.
But I find it interesting that those who defend the Patriot Act on the grounds that it includes all sorts of protections against the infringement of civil liberties are often the same folks who decry the International Criminal Court because, even though there are plenty of safeguards in place, "you know how those Europeans are."
