This is funny:

With some focusing .... Rick Santorum will win. Michael Steele will win. Jim Talent will win. The GOP will keep the House and the Senate. It will send a message that we do, in fact, live in a 9/11 world and we vote as if we are.

The very idea that Santorum is going to win because "we do, in fact, live in a 9/11 world" is really getting comical.  Santorum is toast.

She goes on...

Right now is the time when real people really start paying attention. Arrogant pundits might want to call it a slaughter. Give up now and it may be one. Tell the truth -- that there are three weeks left a and anything can happen, and anything can happen. And mark my words: Santorum wins.Someone will self-destruct over that fact. The latter isn't the intended outcome, but it's bound to happen.

Got it now?  "Real people" adhere to K-Lo's views.  Only "arrogant pundits" think the Democrats are on a roll.  (I guess, like the "real people," non-arrogant pundits adhere to the K-Lo worldview.)  Well Kat, we're marking your words.  I wonder whether you'll be the one self destructing on election night?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

would be an excellent challenge to a very good psychiatrist.  but that's not me, so I don't want to speculate on how she can continue to hang on to her puzzling view that Santorum (Santorum!) is a good guy & that he should be supported for a win.  Or, that he will actually win.

it's sad to read her posts in that National Review blog.  it's like she's that kid that always really really wanted to be popular & cool, there's some weird desperation.
