Tomorrow at 3pm EST Chuck Blahous Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy will be answering questions that citizens can submit at the White House website. I hope more people ask some hard questions.
This is the question I posted.
Why does George Bush hate elderly Americans, the disabled, as well as widows and orphans? All these people will suffer if he succeeds in his plan to destroy Social Security in order to allow Wall Street to reap the rewards of broker and managers' fees from the so-called 'private accounts'? Social Security has been proven by experts to be the most solvent and healthy social program this country has. Why doesn't Mr. Bush turn his energy to real problems, like poverty, housing, education? Why does he strip low income teen-agers of their only possible chance of affording college, like the Pell Grants?
Does George Bush hate all Americans, or just the needy, the elderly, and the middle class?
