I'm not sure how fair it is to blame all state and local taxes and cost-of-living increases on Bush, but nevertheless it's a meme that's
here to stay:

I even saw a reference to this concept on the login screen to AOL last night, with a headline like "Oil Prices Up -- There Goes Your Tax Cut."
Anyway, the Dean site is still around, but it doesn't look like it's been taken over by Team Kerry yet.
