Just for reference: I think all the other national races are pretty much settled and sealed (and yes, we WON) but we have a bunch which are not over yet. Most of which can only make our victory sweeter. :-)
MT-Sen, of course, still counting. Looks like we walked away with MO since Talent conceded. Looks like we probably walked away with VA, but I hesitate to be sure.
As for the House:
TX-23: probably going to runoff election
Recount races, per the Hotline: CT 02, FL 13, GA 08, IA 02, NM 01, NC 08, PA 06, PA 08, and WY AL. Most of these are close, but the PA races are extraordinarily close.
Waiting for absentee ballots to be counted: NY 25
Just really slow to report: WA-08
I count 26 certain House pickups. There's a possibility of one loss (GA-08) (but it looks like we'll hold it), meaning that the low end of the possible results is 25 net pickups. The high end is 37 pickups (after a TX runoff), but that's fairly unlikely, as some of these are not that close. 28 comes from assuming we'll win GA-08, PA-08, IA-02, and none of the other unfinished House races. This is a reasonable guess, but no certainty.
Itching to get some of these final results. Probably most will be in in 24 hours from now....
Update: People have suggested that recounts are warranted in some other suspicious-looking close races (e.g. NJ-7). They're probably right. However, I don't know if we'll get them -- the candidates have to ask, in most cases.
Update 2: Massa has not conceded in NY-29. :-)
Update 3: Also see the comments for other races which aren't over.
