I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but we're gonna have a bigger majority in the house of representatives than the one that the Republicans got in 1994.
The Democrats already secured 230 seats (229, plus Jefferson's seat in Louisiana that will definitely remain in our column, after the Runoff, in which 2 democrats are running.) 230 is the number of seats that the republicans controlled after the elections in 1994. And about Nine seats are still undecided - We're definitely gonna get a couple of those as well, at the end.
In the 12 years of the Republican regime, their majority never exceeded 230.
(Check out Wikipedia for Republican Majorities after the elections of:
1994,
1996,
1998,
2000,
2002,
2004)
It will be very hard for them to expel us from there again, in the near future.
