I can't make ANY sense out of Calvin Woodward's "winners/losers" analysis for
The Associated Press.
:
Losers? How about gun control, Halliburton, the legend of Karl Rove, officials who know about secret prisons and might be forced to talk, and liberal bloggers who may find it harder to rage against the machine now that their side IS the machine on Capitol Hill
Come again?
Liberal bloggers are losers because their side won?
Interesting logic.
Well, all I can say is, with defeats like that, who needs victories.
Woodward, you ain't seen nothin' yet.
First of all, we can all chip in and help the Democrats investigate wrongdoing by this administration and outgoing Congress.
We have a lot of work to do for 2008.
The war in Iraq is NOT over.
I for one, have a lot to rage about, don't worry.
And, Cal ... may I call you Cal? ... What is THIS supposed to mean?
LOSER: Washington, D.C. The scandal-scarred capital that voters love to hate.
Washington somehow lost in this election?
Seriously, Woodward, that hair-brained "winners/losers" piece was tripe. Take a vacation, dude.
