Great post over at
Black Box Voting showing how the fraudulent electronic voting machines are stealing our democracy.
Seems the Dems in Florida aren't going to put up with it and today it was captured on camera for all the world to see: Voting machines undercounting Democratic votes.
Stuff like this:
"Precinct 85:
Buchannan 125
Jennings 130
UNDER VOTES 175!"
One precinct after another.
18,000 undervotes. It's one thing to know about these figures, but another to hear the actual missing vote numbers -- the undervotes were like a third candidate in the race. To hear nearly as many under-votes as actual votes for either candidate really drove the point home about how ridiculous it was to claim that so many people chose not to vote in this race, but in all the others. An amazing effect.
And this was captured on video.
The Sarasota Herald Tribune reports that
Poll workers' experiences seem to support claims by hundreds of voters who said they did not intentionally skip the District 13 race to protest negative campaigning.
Many precinct election clerks, who are on the front lines in polling places, said complaints about voting in the District 13 race was their biggest headache on an Election Day that otherwise went smoothly.
About half of the county's 156 precinct officials responded to the unofficial survey.
"Many walked out of the booth saying they could not see the race or they would have missed it entirely except for the review," said Norma Dayton, assistant clerk at Precinct 89 at the Venice Community Center. "Touching the screen did not always register a vote. Often voters had to press hard two, three, four times to make their votes count."
Marianne Zentz, the elections clerk for Sarasota Precinct 94, said she saw problems with voters finding the race on the ballot.
"Yes, even after they'd been told where to look for it," Zentz said. "There was a tech-savvy early-20s young man. He had gotten the warning of 'Don't cast your ballot until you review it. As he was leaving, I heard him saying: 'I didn't find that race.' "
Now lo and behold, a little investigating using this interactive map shows that the precincts with the heaviest undervoting going on also heavily favored the Democrat.
Who'da thunk it?
Quite a few of us actually and we're learning more all the time. For instance, when the results for the U.S. Congressional race, Governor, U.S. Senate, Attorney General, CFO, and Commissioner of Agriculture in Florida were put on a spreadsheet and the absentee ballots compared to the Election Day returns, undervoting varied by as much as 622%!!! in the House race and 100% in the governors race.
And here's where they fucked up. Here's your smoking gun:
Having a slightly higher undervote could be explained as machine problems IF the undervote were fairly consistent across all elections, but the congressional election undervote variance, at 622%, cannot stand up to statistical scrutiny. It is beyond the realm of statistical probability. In other words, it had to be a fix. Machine error CANNOT explain it.
Couple this with widespread voter complaints that a vote for the Dems resulted in a No Vote and I think you can see who the culprits had to be. Not to mention that when concerned citizens tried to get an initiative on the ballot to force Florida to go to a paper trail ballot with the paper ballot taking priority in recount, the Republicans fought them tooth and nail..
A Sarasota citizen's group, Sarasota Alliance for Fair Elections (SAFE), launched an initiative for paper ballots. They fulfilled the requirements to get it on the ballot; the Sarasota Supervisor of Elections took issue with their initiative and tried to block it, and they had to go to court to fight. They won, the initiative was on the ballot, and Sarasota citizens voted overwhelmingly to ditch the paperless touch-screens in favor of paper ballots, with the paper ballot the document of record.
Florida Secretary of State Sue Cobb has indicated that she may fight the voter's decision.
There's absolutely NO REASON to fight the voters decision UNLESS you're a corrupt cheating fuckface that should be lined up on the wall and shot because you sure as fucking hell are a fucking traitor to the United States and mankind.
Now, we know damn well that this kind of shit happened all over America. When one looks at the number os seats we took it is lower than in the past when one party swept out another. Yet anger is higher than ever this time around. So it stands to reason the Republicans should have lost MORE seats than they allegedly did. One can be fairly certain that they in fact DID lose more seats than the election results say.
So what did they gain? They are defacto controllers of the Senate, that's what they gained, thanks ot Lieberman.
Face it folks, they stole more elections. Voting may not be enough to get rid of these vermin.
UPDATE: It seems from the comments section that there is an obssessed Bev Harris hater at Daily Kos. Funny, his investigations into BBV's alleged "fraudulent activity" turned up nothing. Because I'm sure if it had, he'd have crowed about it on his diary page by now. Strange how someone could cry fraud about BBV's attempts to clean up our elections, while bringing forth no proof at all, just innuendos, then claim there's "no evidence" to support claims of elections racketeering in Florida where a lawsuit is in the works.
Really reminds us that not everyone who posts diaries on Daily Kos is actually a liberal we can trust.
