Did I miss something? According to this Washington Post article:

Dean's operation has used monthly Meetup.com gatherings in the state to build lists of supporters, loyalty and caucus savvy. But one dry-run in December showed the potential vulnerabilities of a cyber-based movement of newcomers, according to a Chicago Tribune story at the time.
I attended a December MeetUp, but don't recall any sort of dry run - did this only apply to Iowa? What sort of vulnerabilities were apparent? If anyone can clarify this I'd greatly appreciate it.
