Jeff Cohen wrote for Common Dreams back in may of this year:
"Looking for an easy way to protest Bush foreign policy week after week? And an easy way to help alleviate global poverty? Buy your gasoline at Citgo stations. And tell your friends.
Of the top oil producing countries in the world, only one is a democracy with a president who was elected on a platform of using his nation's oil revenue to benefit the poor. The country is Venezuela. The President is Hugo Chavez. Call him the Anti-Bush."

This suggestion seems even more desirable to me now, given that Pat Robertson wants Chavez dead, and that Chavez is offering considerable humanitarian aide to poor Americans. We could use a leader like this here. No wonder they think he is dangerous. So, why not buy your gas at Citgo stations and support this effort? Why not stick it to the neocons by buying gas from Venezuela's oil company, and not the house of Bush/Saud.
