Last year (maybe 1 and 1/2 year ago)two al qaida members were interviewed on an overseas channel. I remember that something was said that made me think Rove was up to his tricks. These two staunch Osama supporters TWICE refered to Osama in the PAST TENSE. Why would the soldiers in Osama's army accidently refer to their leader in the past tense.
It jumped out at me .... and I think this will probably be the October surprise. It would be easily taken care of if Kerry added to his speech that "probably Osama is dead, but his army is alive and well and we are going to get them.
I couldl kick myself for not saving the article.. but Kerry can't walk into an ambush... every time he says he's going to get Osama he is setting himself up.
Could the campaign start saying that there's a good chance that he's dead? It couldn't hurt his campaign and it could possibly save it.
