The mental decline of George Bush over the past decade is STUNNING. Ten years ago, Bush was a good debator. Bush appeared intelligent, verbally agile, and engaged mentally.
Recently, I viewed a comparison of the George W. Bush of ten years ago, to the George W. Bush of today. The comparison leaves no doubt to the viewer that something is seriously wrong with George W. Bush.
During the Reagan administration, there were times I felt something was wrong with our President. Reagan's decline in mental abilities was subtle and it became more pronounced over time. Reagan's mental decline was far less severe than what I witnessed from the Bush video. I invite you to view this video. Please share your thoughts about what you see. You can view the video here:

Over the past several years, I have seen evidence that George Bush has several characteristics of a psychopath, as highlighted by the world renown psychologist, Dr. Robert Hare.
Here is a short introduction about Dr. Hare and the checklist he developed to determine if a person is truly a psychopath.
"Robert D. Hare, Ph.D., is considered one of the world's foremost experts in the area of psychopathy and he is the author of the popular book Without Conscience.
Dr. Hare is a professor of psychology at the University of British Columbia, and has researched psychopathy for more than twenty years. The following is his well-known and implemented psychopathy checklist.
For each characteristic that is listed, the subject is given a score: 0 for "no," 1 for "somewhat," and 2 for "definitely does apply." (Please note that Dr. Hare does not advise that the layman use this checklist for "diagnosing" friends and family; this checklist, however, does give you a good idea how it is used)."
1. Glibness/superficial charm
2. Grandiose sense of self-worth
3. Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
4. Pathological lying
5. Conning/manipulative
6. Lack of remorse or guilt
7. Shallow affect
8. Callous/lack of empathy
9. Parasitic lifestyle
10. Poor behavioural controls
11. Promiscuous sexual behaviour
12. Early behaviour problems
13. Lack of realistic, long-term plans
14. Impulsivity
15. Irresponsibility
16. Failure to accept responsibility for own actions

Putting the above puzzle pieces together regarding George Bush does not make me feel safe, secure, or even vaguely comfortable. Is it any wonder we are in the situation we find ourselves? Why would we expect to live in a better situation with someone who displays the above characteristics as our nation's President? The characteristics listed above are typical behaviors I have witness from George Bush. With each passing day, the more frightening characteristics become more pronounced.
At what point is Congress required to step in and remove a President who is clearly incapacitated? What would be Congress' definition of incapacitation? Don't "We, the People" have a right AND a responsibility to DEMAND the removal of an incapacitated President?
What did you think of the video? What are your views on the checklist as it pertains to George W. Bush? Did you noticed the stunning decline of George W. Bush, too? What are your thoughts on this situation?
