The cause of South Carolina's Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer's plane crash has been identified, and it isn't because "God has a purpose" for Bauer. No, Andre's accident was his fault due to brakes on a plane!
[Jim] Walters, who reviewed the NTSB report at the request of The State, said he believes the plane might have been slowed on the grass and dirt runway because its parking brake was either partially or fully engaged.
All this time I figured he was drunk and somehow managed to have the alcohol tests fudged. I would have never guessed he merely forgot to check his brakes. Then again, Andre Bauer hasn't always followed vehicle operational rules in the past. Steve Reuland recounts the problems that Andre Bauer has had with moving vehicles.
First he gets caught speeding multiple times and worms his way out of it by playing the VIP card. Then he crashes his airplane upon take-off and tries to get out of it by playing the God card.
Nothing will save Andre from the horrors of machinery... except Samuel L. Jackson. Too bad he wasn't around to stop those mofo brakes on that mofo plane!
