Under the current system of NLRB run union election campaigns, companies have the right to tell employees that black is white, good is evil, and the sun actually rises in the west.
Most of what they say is not true, but it doesn't really seem to matter. Not when opposing views are allowed to be banned and employers can force employees into "captive audeince meetings" with the intent of mass brainwashing on the part of highly paid "union avoidance" consultants.
A couple anti-worker groups found that this take on reality doesn't really sell in the court of public opinion.
Nor did it in front of Representative Carolyn Murphy (D-NY) yesterday at the House Education and Labor Committee hearing on the Employee Free Choice Act.
At the hearing, "Jen Jason," a former union organizer, trashed unions and their supporters while claiming to at the same time a proponent of high-minded "social justice."
Jason not only is a union buster, but was also the star witness for the anti-Employee Free Choice Act lobby represented by groups like unionfacts.org, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Right to Work Committee.
What the groups didn't let the committee know is that Jen is not a Ms. but instead is a Mister - leaving everyone in the hearing room astonished.
Including his supporters.
That wasn't the only surprise Jen had for everyone yesterday. What Jen Jason and his/her supporters didn't let anyone know is that Jason was enticed away from his/her job as a union organizer by a $225,000 contract with the company whose workers s/he was tasked with helping form a union.
Representative Carolyn McCarthy helps Jen let us all know about this little detail below.

After you watch the video, remember to contact your Representatives and Senators about supporting the Employee Free Choice Act.
And if you get a chance, thank Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy for pointing out the lie that lay behind the opposition's star witness.
