If it's morally acceptable to call a team of young women, "Nappy Headed Ho's, than calling Sen. Lieberman a 'fuckwit' would also be acceptable.
The Hartford Courant keeps it
clean
WASHINGTON -- As Sen. Joseph Lieberman Wednesday said he would continue to appear on radio host Don Imus' show, the president of the state NAACP chapter blasted both Connecticut senators for continuing to support Imus.
Lieberman, a regular guest on Imus' morning program, called the acerbic host's racially charged remarks about the Rutgers' women's basketball team "deeply offensive," but said he would not boycott the show because Imus is a "friend."
but Scarce, a main poster over at the usually restrained Connecticut website Myleftnutmeg.com is verbalizing what others are thinking about the Senator.
Fuckwit? Scarce, it's time!
Meanwhile, while this fuckwit continues to peddle the old lie about progress being made in Iraq, today the Iraqi parliament was bombed, an apparent security breach of one of the three most heavily secured buildings inside the Green Zone. At least 8 are reported as dead, dozens injured. As well the Sarafiya bridge spanning the Tigris River was bombed and completely destroyed, cutting off a main artery in Baghdad, killing another 10 during morning rush hour
.
TParty, another main poster, has also found his voice. calling Joe Lieberman a Super-Wanker and Chris Dodd, Wanker This from a link he provided:
Wednesday, Connecticut's Chris Dodd, who announced his presidential candidacy on the Imus program, and longtime Imus friend Joe Lieberman condemned the sin, but each said he would stand by the sinner by continuing to appear on his radio show if it survives the suspension.
We admire both men for a number of reasons. But regarding the Imus affair, Messrs Dodd and Lieberman and the other public figures who will continue to consort with Mr. Imus are weak-kneed panderers, and enablers and abettors of hate speech.
Mr. Lieberman, who has waged a well-received campaign against swill in the media, looks especially bad. Here he had a chance to spray some disinfectant in a moldy corner, and he passed it by. He could have struck a blow for civility on the public airwaves, and didn't.
I am surprised that Chris Dodd has made that statement. However, the residents of Connecticut are starting to lose our collective cool about Sen. Lieberman.
Fortunately, there is no Imus Show for him to expound his santimonious views on any longer. Amen.
