First let me say I am sorry this diary is late going up. Today was my mother-in-law's birthday. She lives with us and we had company until just a few minutes ago. Anyway, family first so the diary will be short and sweet tonight. If anyone wants to add any news, feel free to do so in the comments. I even missed my one guilty pleasure on the telly-Grey's Anatomy...thank goodness for tivo. :-D
First of all we have some wonderful polling news...a virtual tie between Obama and Edwards.

This is from John Edwards web site discussing the Move On vote that taken last night. You can check Move On for other voting results.
Votes by MoveOn members who attended House Parties:
Edwards 24.56
Richardson 20.93
Obama 18.61
Kucinich 15.61
Biden 10.27
Clinton 7.22
Dodd 3.65
In a primary process dominated by caucus-goers, and particularly active and informed voters, it's a good sign when those who take the process seriously are clearly drawn to John's bold ideas and strong leadership.

Edwards has many new plans to unveil as he travels across the south and talks about his new rural recovery agenda. As as Tennesseean myself, I know how important this is.
From April 15th to April 22nd, 2007, Senator John Edwards will travel across the country to talk about the challenges facing Americans living in rural communities and to unveil his rural recovery agenda. As part of his tour, Edwards will visit New Hampshire, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Iowa to discuss his plan to revitalize rural America by creating jobs and new businesses in rural areas, helping rural counties and towns improve their schools, health care and other essential services, and providing assistance to family farms.

To finish up we have Edwards talking about John McCain's assessment of the Iraq War...and does he sound fired up or what???? :-D I love it!
"Sen. McCain is dead wrong. He's been wrong," Edwards said after making his first public appearance in Florida since announcing his candidacy in December. "He was wrong about the surge, he's been wrong about Iraq and he's wrong in the way he describes what's happening in Iraq right now."
