I can no longer live with the constant unrelenting rage and righteous indignation inspired by watching the freedoms of my friends, family, and self being devoured by a growing totalitarian administration. I have not been silent nor have many of my fellow Americans, but the darkness still closes around us as we scream at it. We have stood our ground upon our soapboxes and still our freedoms flee.
I can still taste the poison and bile that they pumped into the heart of our democracy when they tampered with our elections. We didn't unleash our fury and thunder on them when the Supreme Court anointed this foul and illegitimate executive and we have paid the price everyday since. They have undermined our Constitution at every opportunity they have had and still we have played by the same rules they have mocked. We finally turned out in such numbers they could not suppress us completely. So the loyal opposition gained a razor thin victory; not enough to put a stop to this administration. We have gone to the ballot boxes and we still remain unheard.
I watched justice in its slow grinding pace manage to gain a measure of vindication for a people who have been betrayed at every turn by those meant to defend them. Muted as it was by the fact that it was mearly a yes man being convicted of throwing himself under justice's treads to save his masters' treasonous crimes from coming to light; it was justice and it had prevailed itself upon one of this blighted corrupt brood. It brought with it the hope that if one could fall beneath Madam Justice's righteous blade so too could they all be laid low by it. Such hope was crushed by a few words and an ink filled dagger in the hands of the good Madam's would-be assassin. The jury box dispensed the judgment of the people upon the wicked but the wicked protect their own.
I don't need to tell anyone where that leaves us. I weep every time the full weight of the situation we are in becomes impossible to ignore because none of us are ready. The administration have their executive orders all lined up. The military of the people is engaged overseas and under equipped at home. A private mercenary army builds its strength within our boarders. Soon the choice will be out of our hands and ready or not war or tyranny will be upon our eaves. We will be ready when the fourth box needs to be opened or the only box we will find freedom and peace in is a pine box.
This posting is dedicated to and inspired by Mike Malloy, the voice of our outrage, and his listeners, my fellow truth seeking freedom loving Americans.
As of the writting of this post I have written my employers to advise them that I am going to be statring a general strike for reform in this country. I pray it does not become a hunger strike.
Sorry Mom and Dad but if truth be told you raised me to be a freedom loving American and should have known that that would not make it easy safe or comfortable to have me as a son.
