That is what Craig Newmark, founder of craigslist.com, said on the Charlie Rose Show Thursday.
He has "enough" to live on, afford a few luxuries, and save for the future. Despite continued prodding by Rose, Newmark refused to reveal his share in craigslist.com, or its potential worth.
Newmark noted that he would rather use his money and influence to help make the world a better place. He is involved with groups such as onevoicemovement.org and The Sunlight Foundation.
What a concept - to only take enough to live comfortably. What if more people lived by Newmark's philosophy, the Golden Rule? Why do some seem never to be satisfied with making even billions of dollars per year?
