I think we can all agree that You Tube has revolutionized political campaigns. Instant clips of debates and fora, previews of snazzy new campaign ads, and for those not suffering from short attention spans, even full length speeches. I have to say though, that by far the most interesting and revolutionary part of this whole new media is the personal testimonials. I have pulled a few of my favorites to share with you.
Meet Sara and Bill Rafter, a lovely couple from South Carolina...
Next we have Giovanna Rossi, a New Mexican like me, who is part of the group Women for Richardson.
Another Woman for Richardson, our esteemed Lt. Governor, Diane Denish.
Even cute Iowans love our gov!
A latino voice...
And I would be remiss if I overlooked this strange, though thorough testimonial. I don't know who did it, but it is a spin on Chocolate Rain...I don't like the swipe the guy takes at Hillary at the end, but it is just one of those curiosities...and he makes me feel better about my singing talent.
Don't say I didn't warn you!
So you can see, there are some great voices out there (and I am not talking about singing voices...my almost 3 year old son is now singing "Richardsooooooooon"...GAWD.)
Well, I hope you have enjoyed these testimonials. I am always looking for a new and fun way to talk about the Governor's accomplishments and goals. Today seemed like a good day for a fun diary.
I am looking forward to your comments!
