By now, you may have heardthat a "former" New Orleans' prostitute is spilling some beans about David Vitter's insatiable hunger for hot, sexy action.
"I want the truth to be known," Ellis said. "It was a pure sexual relationship. He would come in and do his business."
"Could you get right to the diapering today? I have a three-o'clock on the other side of town," quoth Vitter.
Oh well, she's running a business. He's a client. It's just business, Sonny. It's not personal.

And so it goes...
Former New Orleans prostitute Wendy Ellis, a.k.a. Wendy Cortez, held a press conference outside Vitter's Washington office on Tuesday, accusing the Senator of carrying on an affair with her between July and November 1999 — shortly before he ran for Congress on a family-values platform.
I'm not sure how she can say she's having an affair on one hand, and saying it's business on the other, but to do this in front of the man's office is cold. I'm not saying the man isn't a flaming hypocrite, but a press conference outside his office? Isn't anybody thinking about the Senator's poor staff? And, what about the people who work in his office?
What if she's lying?
Vitter has denied Ellis' specific allegations, though he has admitted to a "serious sin" in his past, for which he has received forgiveness from his wife and God.
See that? He's already been forgiven by his wife AND God. Why must he endure this woman's possibly fabricated allegations, if he's already been forgiven by the Dynamic Dio?
Ellis did not comment when asked if Hustler publisher Larry Flynt, who provided documentation of a polygraph test, was paying her for her story. Ellis will appear in an upcoming issue of Hustler.
Okay, she isn't lying, but isn't it obvious that this woman is being used by Larry Flint? He's offering her a spread in Hustler Magazine to stand outside Vitter's office and spread her vicious truths.
This brings us to my theory that the family-values platform was not built to support more than a category 3 truthstorm. It doesn't help that the platform has already been pounded by truthstorm after truthstorm.
I'm afraid it's going to collapse one day like a bridge in Minnesota or a levy in New Orleans. If it does, I'll ask them why they built it on sand instead of rock.
