Help me folks. In the National Review piece dated 7/1, Moulitsas argues:
"We are actually starting to build the kind of noise machine, to reward or beat up on people, that the Right has had for a long time."
What is Markos talking about? Dems have strong groups with large memberships (e.g., ACLU, NOW, NAACP) that can be contacted and drawn up just like Club for Growth and Focus on the Family. Is the only difference that Republicans use radio more effectively?
I am writing a journal piece about this very matter at the moment, and am very interested in any light you can shed on this.
