The mention comes at a campaign stop in Reno Nevada recently.
The keyword here is mentions
"On the way over here, I was reading a 50-page document that relates to Articles of Impeachment for the President of the United States," Kucinich said to a standing ovation."And I want you to know that I'm actually preparing this document for submission to the House."
I found this to be exciting.
Kucinich said under the current administration, citizen's rights to due process and fair trial are in jeopardy.
He's got that right.
The rest of the article is supportive of Kucinich's run for the Presidency and this mention of Impeachment was used to great effect in his campaign speech.
"This is a moment when we're called upon to reclaim our country," he said. "You give me your vote, I'll give you back your country."
Posturing, for sure, but far more welcome posturing than any of the officially-electables have talked about regarding the giant criminal elephant in the living room: Team Bush.
It's just a teaser, but he DID file Articles on Cheney and that's still simmering on a burner somewhere.
I also trust he's telling the truth about Bush's Articles. He's got 'credibilitiness". And some leaderliness, too.
Stay tuned....
