I can't remember the last time I saw a diary on Daily Kos requesting help. I think it was some guy who went by Wolverine or something, maybe last year? I don't know, it's been awhile.
But this is a call for help diary.
As you may or may not know, I've been advocating a group known as Friends of the Article V Convention.
Membership is pouring in. In fact a Kossack by the name of rontripp posted a diary early this morning advocating Article V and FOAVC: http://www.dailykos.com/...
Anyway, this appears to be the real deal folks, a genuine movement in the process of emerging. Our problem now is building the site so it can handle mass membership.
Bill Walker, and Daniel Summars are working to get e-mails, information and infrastructure in order.
Here is what Bill posted on our site the other day:
June 15, 2007
Today marks a momentous day in FOAVC. As of 6 P.M. Pacific time, FOAVC had received over 143 membership applications in a single day! This nearly doubles our membership in one day! We will attempt to list all our new members as we process them but hope that everyone will understand that a full list of members and other data as we've been providing may prove impossible to maintain both due to the volume of members and time required to create all of the information on this web page. We hope all our new members will bear with us as with process applications. Thank you for your patience.

So what we're asking is if any IT folks are reading this, who can donate some expertise, that would be awesome!
Please send an e-mail to john@foavc.org if you think you'd like to become part of this movement.
To anyone interested, please check out our site: http://www.foavc.org and please join us in the effort to coerce the Congress to obey the Constitution and carry out its constitutional obligation.
