If you heard the news today, you have heard that Bush wants his devoteé and personal lawyer Mier approved by Halloween. End of October.
Fitzgerald's grand jury, without extension, is due to end--October 28th, at the latest.
LATE UPDATE: I Goofed on the Holiday. Thanks to many for pointing it out. I apologize. The bottom line is: Don Corleone appoints Tom Hagen to be the Judge of his case. His motive would be...? Let's discuss, cause the media sure ain't.
Now you have to ask yourself why Bush could possibly need to have a total loyalist, who knows where the bodies are buried, on the Supreme Court by the time any possible indictments are issued against the Gang.
It's screamingly obvious that in the short-term Bush is looking to protect himself from being indicted while he sits (and no, that is not impossible). In the long-term he wants a nice compliant Reichs judge to okay his every tyrannical dictat.
It's imperative that Bush not get Mier on the court, but if the Demoplops "see no reason to block" Mier, they certainly must must must put her selection off until after October.
