So it turns out that
gaming fanatics show the hallmarks of drug addiction. Golly, what a shocker. Lord knows I've been there - RPGs are the crack of Generation X, and
World of Warcraft is surely a harbinger of personal doom. Early-adopting nerds such as I are merely blazing a path for the rest of you. And as gaming matures, so does its addictiveness.
But really, can anyone escape the siren song of addiction? There are so many opportunities for abuse, and so easy to find, that healthy productive activity is bound to fall by the wayside. Assuming you can't find a way to turn a healthy and productive activity into a soul-sucking one. Let's face it, if we didn't have to pay the bills we'd never get anything done.
Food/Junk Food - You're fat, but if you eat more you'll feel better.
