There is "anecdotal evidence" that Kim Jong-il's regime has been testing WMD's (the chemical kind) on political prisoners.
This, along with the fact that North Korea has been blatantly honest about their intent to build nuclear bombs, makes me want to hit my head against a wall. Why isn't Bush more concerned about North Korea?

Pyongyang 'testing lethal gases on prisoners'
Human rights abuses must be included in any international talks with North Korea, activists said yesterday following new anecdotal evidence that Kim Jong-il's regime has been testing deadly chemical agents on political prisoners.
Coming amid renewed efforts to restart six-party talks about dismantling North Korea's nuclear weapons programmes, the activists urged negotiators not to set aside human rights considerations for political expediency. "All of us have a moral responsibility to put the human rights debacle on the agenda of international talks," said Rabbi Abraham Cooper of the Simon Wiesenthal Centre, a Jewish human rights organisation, after a two-day visit to Seoul. "We cannot have this criminal behaviour in the 21st century."
Two former North Korean defectors who had admitted to gassing political prisoners retold their stories this week to Mr Cooper and Tim Peters, founder of Helping Hands Korea, the Christian aid group, and Kim Sang- hun, a leading defector activist. But a third person, a 31-year-old chemist, had come forward to describe more recent experiments on animals that, once "successful", were conducted on political prisoners.
Iraq had WMD's in the early 90's, but destroyed them. We attacked them anyway.
North Korea has WMD's. And we're effectively looking the other way.
