Today in his Wall Street Journal Op-Ed piece Karl Rove made it abundantly clear he would prefer to see Hillary become our Party's nominee for President.
Mr. Obama is an inspiring figure playing a historical role, but that's not enough to push aside the former First Lady and senator from New York. She's an historic figure, too. When it comes to making the case against Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Obama comes across as a vitamin-starved Adlai Stevenson.

Should we, as Democrats take the Karl Rove's sage advice and make Hillary our nominee? After all Mr. Rove wants nothing but what's best for our party.
It's pretty clear that the rise of Barak Obama has alarmed Karl Rove. If Obama were Rove's preferred opponent for the G.O.P. next fall, he would have withheld his criticisms of Obama until after the Democratic primaries.
It's Obama's ability to reframe the debate that scares the shit out of Karl Rove. Obama has even succeed in reframing the debate for the Republicans making them echo his themes of change in their own rancid way.
Also any Republican who wants to get into the White House next year needs the support of the independents and moderate Republicans that Obama appeals to so strongly.
