Divide and Conquer is the Ultimate Strategy.
Divide and Conquer Theory
Divide and conquer was a successful military strategy long before it became an algorithm design paradigm. Generals observed that it was easier to defeat one army of 50,000 men, followed by another army of 50,000 men than it was to beat a single 100,000 men army. Thus the wise general would attack so as to divide the enemy army into two forces and then mop up one after the other.

Many people on this forum still have not grasped that the Democratic Party constituency have been divided into at least 2 groups – the women who are coming to Hillary’s rescue, and a large number of black voters who are siding with Obama – and many of these people are moving one way or another in a very divisive way that will leave deep scars behind, and the injury that has been inflicted it will not be able to heal in time for the November 2008 presidential election.
Here is why:
I have been watching many political shows on television on CNN, MSNBC and so on, and I have noticed how angry people are in one side or the other regarding the issue of gender and color of skin. Hillary Clinton has lost a lot of support among the black voters, and Barack Obama also has lost support among white voters. At this point if you can’t grasp what is happening on the Democratic Party primaries then you are a fool.
Even John Edwards a Democratic Party candidate that had real possibilities on this race – he gave up on this race because he knew and recognized that he was just spinning wheels, and nothing else, because the mainstream media since the primaries started has framed the Democratic Party primaries in terms of gender and color of the skin.
I am not trying to make a total generalization here, but what I am trying to say is that the number of people who are reacting the most regarding this split among gender and color of the skin probably are large enough to make the difference in the outcome of the November 2008 presidential election. It does not matter which person is the Democratic Party candidate in Novemeber 2008 Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama – enough people has been alienated over the fight during the primary process that a large enough number of angry democrats most likely would stay home on election day in November 2008 instead of giving his/hers vote to Hillary or Obama.
It does not matter that Barack Obama is trying to project the image of a person that can unite the country when he is not being able to unite even the members of his own party.
The only choice left right now for the Democratic Party
There is only one remaining solution for the Democratic Party at this late stage of the game if the Democratic Party wants to win the election in November 2008.
The Democratic Party leadership should recognize that the Democratic Party is going to lose the election in November 2008 with either candidate Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.
The only solution it is to draft the Democratic Party ultimate weapon to win the November 2008 election – Al Gore.
And here is the compromise deal that might be acceptable to all sides and that would unite the Democratic Party behind a candidate that would be appealing to everyone, and here is the plan: Al Gore would add Barack Obama on his presidential ticket as the Vice President – Al Gore /Barack Obama Democrat ticket – and Hillary Clinton would become the new Senate Majority Leader starting in January 2009.
It is a win, win compromise for everyone and with Al Gore being the Democratic Party candidate in November 2008 – he is not only the best prospect available today in the United States, right now he is the ultimate candidate with all the credentials, and the experience necessary to guide the United States in this very important turning point in US history. And Al Gore is already considered a Statesman around the world, and he would be the best person to rebuild from scratch the United States reputation, and recover some of the lost Prestige and Clout that the US enjoyed not long ago.
Basically, what I have just described above it will put to the test the level of intelligence of the members of the Democratic Party.
If the Democratic Party nominates Hillary or Obama then the Democratic Party is going to lose the election because of the reasons that I outlined above.
But if the Democratic Party has the common sense and foresight to draft Al Gore to be their ultimate weapon in November 2008, then I have no doubt that Al Gore will win the election and he has the potential of becoming the new FDR of the 21st century.
