I agree that the Super-delegate system needs to go the way of the dinosaurs. I agree that this whole delegate mess is a huge problem.
Since we have to live with the super-delegate system for now, I would like to know a few things.
It seems that David Wilhelm, who is a super-delagate and a Barack Obama supporter, might not give his vote to Hillary Clinton if she is leading in delegates. This seems awfully hypocritical.

What will the rest of the Barack Obama super-delegates do if Hillary Clinton ends up leading in delegates but Barack Obama would win if his super-delgates stay with him? Will they go with the will of the people, even if that means Barack Obama would lose? Isn't this what many are saying the Hillary Clinton super-delegates should do?
What about this scenario? What if one of them leads in delegates but the other leads in combined popular vote? Do we then throw out the rules that have been in place for a long time and just go by the popular vote? If so, what happens with the delegates?
One more thought. If you go by just the popular vote, should the caucus votes count since they are not really represetative of what the true popular vote would have been in total numbers and percentages?
