New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson who has endorsed Senator Barack Obama despite being personally close to the Clinton's has said it is time for the infighting to stop. He has also spoken of how tough the decision was.
Speaking to .CNN he said that it was an;
"tough decision because of my ties to the Clintons, but the reality is you have to put that aside and do what's best for the country."
He went onto say that;
"John McCain is now going to California -- Democratic territory -- to get votes and raise money. ... He's not getting attacked, and we're fighting each other, so we've got to end this."
His concerns reflect a growing concern among Democrat's that their prospects are being severely affected by the bitterness of the contest between Obama and Clinton.
