Ever since I caucused in Iowa (and what a great feeling that was) I looked at this contest as having periods, just like a basketball game.
Now we are entering the first overtime, or the last contests. Final overtime would be the convention.
First period was all pre-super tuesday contests, IA, NH, NV and SC. Florida and Michigan were pre-season games at best.
1st period (January)Obama wins by +15 delegates.
2nd period (Super Tuesday) Obama wins by +18 delegates.
3rd period (rest of February) Obama wins by +123 delegates
4th period (March TX, OH, VT, RI, MS,
WY + Iowa convention) Obama wins by +13 delegates
Current advantage +169 delegates
So, how do you win all periods of the game and then get into overtime. How can HRC complain about the superdelegates, media etc. when she was clearly allowed to continue the fight even after it is lost? She already has lost 26 states + DC. Even Obama is not asking her to step aside.
She even lost March and that was supposed to be this big firewall of TX and OH where she was supposed to be back in it closing down his 156 pledged delagate lead he had before March. His lead grew by another 13 in March.
What do you think about taking this approach to review the race to date.
