For anyone who cares: Hillary is still by far the best candidate with regards to Student Loan reform.
The Student Borrower Bill of Rights that her staff created stands as the most important piece of legislation for student loans since Congress took away nearly all consumer protections in 1998.
Not only is she the best presidential candidate, she stands above all other members of Congress in this regard, including Ted Kennedy and George Miller. Dick Durbin is also really good on this, but Hillary has them all beat.
I can't really stand politics, but I have to speak up here, because Im sick of the ridiculous rhetoric and spin.
That's really all I have to say. I wrote about this repeatedly in previous posts, and spent an afternoon defending my argument--successfully--against an onslaught of Obama supporters who were all light and no heat.
Check out my previous posts, and the threads, and you will see for yourself.
