A reminder that in our Constitution, Article II, Section 4, it states "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
"Never in the history of our nation has a President and Vice President been so deserving of impeachment and removal from office. " In and of itself, this article stands on it's own merit as an arguement for impeachment, in my opinion.
But what cinched the impeachment arguement for me was this appalling address from Bush yesterday. As a retired U.S. Army non-commissioned officer, appalling isn't even strong enough for how I view the current state of our military, our troops and their family's health and welfare (not to mention the Iraqi people), and how we pull back from this precipice the President has brought us to.
And, if given all that, I still needed to be covinced, perhaps most reprehensible of all, is this.
