Many of us, as supporters of Barack Obama, were kicked in the gut by the debate. It hurts like hell, and has knocked the collective wind out of us. This is clear in the pain and outrage expressed in our post-debate diaries and comments. And this is normal.
Yesterday much of the traditional media coverage seemed to ignore the injustice of the debate. Today, we see that Barack’s lead is plunging:

This is likely to continue for several days. And then what can we expect?
Obama says debate foreshadows GOP campaign
Things may have gotten nasty on Wednesday night in Philadelphia, but Barack Obama saw the "gotcha" tenor of the Democratic presidential debate as a preview of what is in store for the general election campaign.
So it’s likely to get worse before it gets better.
What are we going to do?
What are we made of?
Barack's doing the lion's share of the effort. For us. He made his ass the target. For us. He volunteered to get beat-up. For us. He was the one in the line-of-fire Wednesday night. All alone. For us.
And he’s back out there taking hits. Fighting, for us.
Are we able to follow his lead? Can we be hurt but still get back up and donate, phone bank, and do the other GOTV work to fight for him and ourselves? Are we worthy of Barack?
Hillary Clinton gave generous advice to us, and don’t be certain that she’s not trying to sincerely help:

We're not alone. Even the traditional media has responded in today's news with a a large backlash against ABC.
But we are the infantry of Senator Obama's army. We need to keep our eyes on the prize.
Yes we can!
FIRED UP, let's get READY and GO!
