So John McCain
So McCain is going to cut taxes, finance a hundred year war and pay down the deficit.
Somehow the Senator from Arizona still think the economy is projecting surpluses as far as the eye can see.
John McCain might still think its 2000, but everyone else does. The last time he ran for president, Gop where basking in the warm glow of a success Democratic economy, jobs up, deficits down, national debt down.
He also told Americans last week, George Bush had made good progress with the economy, but failed to fill in the blanks, as to how in what sense.
I know i am repeating myself, but does McCain agree with the President's analysis, that deficit, which will be in excess of 400 BILLION dollars for 08, will disappear to zero by 2012?
McCain also reckons he's going to find billions of dollars in wasteful spending in the DOD, well I can tell him now, its not going to happen. If anyone wants a classic case of corrupt, wasteful spending, the defense department is the poster child.
And if McCain wants to be taken serious, economically, i take it he is going to vote against the raising of the national debt ceiling, or his he
scared to take away the GOP credit card?
Unfortunately Conservative economic policy, is based on more theology than fact.
