I'm getting ready to lose my mind. We hear for 6 weeks that Pennsylvania, a state TAILOR-MADE demographically for Hillary, is critical. So important. Hugely vital.
But now that it's over, all the media wants to talk about is Indiana, Indiana, Indiana.
Yes, Hillary mobilized her army of low-information voters in PA, as expected. And she won by 9.2 points -- note to media -- NOT DOUBLE DIGITS.
And now we should be talking about the state remaining with the most delegates, right? After all, North Carolina has 134 delegates and over 2.5 million registered Democrats. That's a BIG state, right? Isn't that a state that a "big state winner" like Hillary should win? Shouldn't it really be called must-win for her given the math right now?
Of course not! Everyone I hear on TV/radio seems to ignore North Carolina completely, and talk about Indiana as if it is the most critical. Hillary MUST win Indiana. If so, she's in great shape, right?! Who cares about North Carolina.. too many African-Americans and educated whites. It doesn't matter. Sure, we focused on Pennsylvania for 6 weeks and ignored how skewed its demographics are to Hillary. But we'll just ignore NC. Yeah.
I'm sick to death of the Clintons dictating the discourse. And for the next 2 weeks, I will continue to say:
HILLARY MUST WIN NORTH CAROLINA.
NORTH CAROLINA IS "MUST WIN" FOR HILLARY.
NORTH CAROLINA'S 134 DELEGATES AND OVER 2.5 MILLION REGISTERED DEMOCRATS ARE CRUCIAL FOR HILLARY.
I live here, in Charlotte, and I will dedicate every waking minute over the next 2 weeks to making sure she is defeated, as she MUST be.
WHEN she loses NC by double-digits and sees her popular vote and delegate gains from PA completely wiped out, yes, it will matter.
