And they don't realize which party taxes them more and which party has sent the national debt into the trillions after the other party had balanced the budget and developed a surplus?
The speaker line-up includes Grover Norquist; Barry Goldwater Jr.; former Maryland Lt. Gov. Michael Steele, Libertarian presidential candidate Bob Barr, Robert Novak, Michelle Malkin, and RedState.com director Erick Erickson. Recognizing that the left has done a better job of internet organization, the Sam Adams Alliance, the Heritage Foundation, the Leadership Institute, and the Media Research Center will help participants become blog-savvy.
"We want to teach our bloggers to be responsible," Venable said of the agenda. "We feel some of the left sites are mean-spirited and irresponsible."

Venable said the conservative meeting is getting a higher national profile among conservatives, thanks to the coinciding conventions.
But it's not like they're going to toe-to-toe with Netroots, no, she says. Just coincidental timing and place?
"I think Netroots will help keep Austin weird," she said. "Ours will help keep Texas prosperous."
Sigh. Texas is prosperous? Besides Halliburton's and other Bush buddy company's CEOs? Ask all those uninsured folks and the people lined up at the empty food banks. And those of us that won't be attending NN because of lack of funds.
