More worry for all supporters of Senator Obama--he continues to lead
John McCain in virtually all polls. The media has pointed out what a problem this is for the Obama camp.

The numbers: Obama 48% McCain 42% that's up one from yesterday and getting closer to the 50% the media keeps saying Obama can't reach.
Yesterday at this time, we were all having a heart-attack with the FALSE reports that
Reverend Wright was coming out in October with a book and tour. Today however, this poll coupled with news from the convention--including Mark Warner's keynote and a strong indication that Pelosi, McCaskill and others will go after Bush-McCain, I'm starting to feel better about things.
Interesting to see reports that Obama wants to vet Warner but Warner is not budging and appears to be not interested in the Veep spot. We will all hope that Warner has a change of heart since he seems superior to all the others in the mix--yes I know about the importance of the Senate seat! But damnit the rethugs never had a 60 vote majority and they got all they wanted for Bush!

Anyway, the Obama campaign must make this election about the past 8 years of Bush conservatism and what havoc it's wreaked, and how we cannot afford four more years under the guise of John McCain.
