Many people around the internet still don't get it yet. We have one of the most powerful tool in this election. Barack has shown us the door, but many still have not completely entered the building. We have grass roots organization. We have blogs. We have UTube.
And yet, the these rooms in the building have not totally emerged. to work together. Some have not connected the hallway to all of these rooms and other rooms not mentioned.
Barack needs to run the positive message. His campaign and major surrogates need to counter John McCain's policy positions. We in the grassroots, we on the blogs, we on YouTube need to run the other side of the campaign. We need to go after McCain on policy, but we can go after him on other issues also.
We need to work together though. Media and political operatives are just like us. They go to the same sites we go to on the internet. They read e-mails. We need to ban together to make sure Barack wins.
If you have an idea for a youTube commercial, share it to get it made. If you are good at making videos, let others know that you are willing to help put their ideas into action. If you see a message you like that helps make a point, share it with other people you know. Introduce the person with the message to people you know.
If you have a good blog you go to pass it around and around. Keep passing it around so other people can share the blog with you. If you know a way to help refine an idea, share your comment to help the person make his point better. That is called grassroots. People at the lower level effecting the messaging, policies, and every thing else around us.
We have the tools, but we need to use them. Ever notice how the media, or politicain say something, and you think, I made a point like that. That is because the media can pick up on things, but the more easier it is to find a idea, point or message, the faster they pick it up. Google rates sites on traffic. youTube rates videos on the number of views.
So if you see a site you like or a youTube video you like, share it in an email, on this site, on politico.com or any other site you may visit. Visit other sites. Though we may disagree on somethings, we also agree on somethings. So let's agree to disagree on the things we disagree on, and let's agree to agree on the things we agree on.
Some things can be hit on are his 100 years in Iraq comment, his touting of how well the war would go in the run up to the Iraq war, his advisors and campaign staffs ties to Bush and Rove, his economic advisor saying "nation of whiners", and not knowing how many houses he owns, or that no body would pick lettuce for $50 an hour. also that anyone making 5 million in income a year is the starting point for the rich (Obama according to McCain is Middle class as he has never made over 5 million in a year yet.)
Also if you want get a website based on something said in the campaign season. You can get a domain name cheap, and if you want to run a site, you can do it for $50 a year. I have obamafaithful.com. Somebody has taken nationofwhiners.com and linked it to johnmccain.com.
Don't let a site representing a political view opposite of yours stop you from visiting it.
