I've heard a lot of ideas for new campaign slogans for the Obama/Biden ticket bandied about and there have been some good ones.

Obama/Biden - Restoring America
Obama/Biden - For a new Amercian Century
Obama/Biden - Government America Deserves

All very good though my favorite so far was

Obama/Biden - Two houses, two wives, two leaders, too awesome

But I thought we should spend some time working on some slogans for the other guys in case they'd like some advice.  After all, they've all been offering Hillary advice all weekend.  It's only fair to return the favor.

For the most likely ticket I humbly put forward some of these.

McCain/Romney 08 - Changing their minds on issues depending on the audience since 2004

McCain/Romney 08 - How can a combined 12 homes and net worth of a half a billion dollars be elitist?

McCain/Romney 08 - At least we aren't black.  Not even a little bit.  I mean we are tooooootally white.  Have you seen Mitt dance?

Now for some of the others:

McCain/Giuliani 08 -  5 marriages, 9/11, POW, Maverick, 9/11, POW ... I SAID 9/11 AND POW!!  Are you fucking listening? ... Maverick

McCain/Pawlenty 08 - Abortion causes cancer!  Don't vote for the cancer lovers!

McCain/Jindal 08 - Because we gave dark folks in our party too!  See!

McCain/Powell 08 - See above

McCain/Petraus 08 - Platonic man love at it's creepiest

Feel free to add any I man have missed ;)

And on a side note Senator McCain, here are some words and phrases you should avoid:
Dagnabbit, contraption, pesky kids, whipper snapper, horse feathers

(thanks to the Daily Show for a few of these words)

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
