My wife and I were watching the news last night after the speeches were over with and the talk turned to the hurricanes headed toward the U.S. coastline (Gustav and Hanna) and how it could disrupt the republican convention next week. I know that a hurricane couldn't hit Minnesota but if it happens to hit the coast then there would be a lot of news coverage that would be taking away from the republicans.
That got me thinking about the video from a few weeks ago by Stuart Shepard where he is asking if it would be wrong if he were to pray from rain. Rain so hard that at the Democratic Convention the camera could not pick up the podium. He goes on and on with all of the different ways that he wants the rain to come down.
As recently as 9:45 it doesn't appear to be raining in Denver. Does this mean that God has made his choice for president? Is this a mandate from God for less of the same bs and more change??? Is Focus on the Family wrong? Is Stuart Shepard wrong?
If you haven't seen the video in question... here it is:
