(Bumped. Susan)

This crap has got to stop:

Regardless of what polls show, Inhofe said, voters will have to ask themselves a question once they get behind the curtain in the voting booth on Election Day.

"Do you really want to have a guy as commander in chief of this country when you can question whether or not he really loves his country?" he asked.

"That's the big question.''

Here's a bigger question: Are Democrats going to let James Inhofe stay comfortable in his Senate seat while he questions the patriotism of our presidential candidate? Especially when we have a fantastic progressive challenger in Andrew Rice? What do you all say about forcing flat-earther, global-warming denier Inhofe to feel a little heat this Saturday night?

Let's raise some scratch for Andrew Rice and let the Republicans know we stand behind our candidates and will not allow their patriotism to be questioned.

Andrew Rice for Senate

Update: You guys are AWESOME. In two-and-half hours, 117 of you donated for more than $4,300 ... should we shoot for 150 by midnight Pacific Time? Let's see if we can do it.

Update: mrobinson in comments reminds us of a glorious moment whe Barbara Boxer explained to Sen. Flat Earth Inhofe that yes, elections have consequences:

Let's get another fighter in the Senate like Boxer ... in Inhofe's seat. Just 18 more donations needed to hit 150 ... let's do it, people!

Update: Woo-hoo! You did it! Over the top with almost two hours to spare ... 151 contributors, almost $5,600 raised. Should we see if the West Coast night owls can kick it up to 175 by midnight PDT?

Update: 175 donations and still almost an hour and a half until West Coast midnight! Dare we aim for 200? Can we get 25 more contributors?

Update: Ten to go! Just 10 more to go and we'll hit 200 contributors to Rice tonight! And I won't up the ante again, I promise!

Final Update: Over the top! Way over the top ... 220 contributors, for a total of $7,805. You guys are the best. What an awesome way to spend a Saturday night, kicking some donkey, eh?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
