Just a quick action diary with pics from a voter registration table set up by Obama volunteer & kossack "Thunder Road" (see his recent diary Canvassing at Ground Zero - Ohio State University). Students arrived for the fall quarter en masse starting last Sunday--"move in day"--and there is lots of opportunity to register voters locally (much better to register in Ohio, say, than voting back home in California or New York) and tell people about the early voting procedures.

We registered about a dozen voters in about 3 hours:
Swag is in short supply, but always popular. I managed to get 40 buttons and 40 Obama/Biden bumper stickers from Worthington, Ohio volunteer Louise Annarino (thanks Louise!) for cash out of pocket, so we took donations to recoup the cost:
All told, we distributed about 30 buttons and 6 bumper stickers.
