Ok she is a republican congress critter so we should expect it, but really they should know their own shit.  I just listened to her on tweety say two things that are so stupid that she should have her conservative dipwad card taken from her and burnt.

Comment 1:  "Wall Street is reactive" um err honey I hate to condescend but you are full of it.  Wall Street is a forward looking institution.  Most dealers are looking forward, trying to predict (guess) who will do well and who will do badly.  That is how you make money, gambol on the up and comers.  When major announcements are made (jobless numbers, GDP growth (remember those days?), interest rates, and a whole bunch of other macro economic numbers) most dealers have already taken positions (bets) on where is it going and are trying to get a jump.  Why are things going south so quickly now? Because everyone is looking "forward" and seeing the next depression, so they are trying to put their cash someplace safe.  See Ms Wilson you clearly don’t know how the markets work and you are supposed to be a republican.

Comment 2:   "Republicans wanted to regulate Fannie and Freddie, but democrats would not let them" err no but carry on!! "The executives of Fannie and Freddie support Obama they are democrats and they were the regulators" hell no! The guys who ran Fannie and Freddie were not regulators! They were the bonus induced executives who ran the companies not the regulators.  I know that republicans think that markets and executives regulate them selves but seriously congress critter have you never heard of conflict of interest?  Have you never heard of real regulation independent of those who benefit the most?

Ok no more ranting but seriously do they actually believe any of this!!!  More to the point you would think that the average republican would at least understand the basics of the conservative theories that underpin their stupidity.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
