One of the most frustrating things about elections in this country is how many of us make decisions based on complete and utter misinformation. The traditional media too often compounds things by treating lies and truths as two things needing to be balanced. Wanting to do my part and being an animator, I made this cartoon focusing on the truth of why we went to war in Iraq and what that means for this election.
This cartoon is the first of an intended series (it's also my first diary here on Kos). The next episode will deal with the many fallacies of "Drill, Baby, Drill" and the real energy crisis we face.
I hope the cartoon is helpful. References for the facts in the video and credits for all the talented folks who helped make it are below the fold.
DIGG it here.
