Much has been made of the motion of polling these last several days, and today Gallup stands out in it's finding, seeing the race again moving big for Obama
Obama; 52
McCain: 42
LVI:
Obama; 51
McCain: 44
LVII:
Obama; 49
McCain: 46
So while the other national polls show some mixed news and noise, Gallup seems to think the 3rd debate was impactful and is indicating a stronger lead than others at a time that some good polling news is needed.
This is the first Gallup Poll Daily tracking report based on data collected entirely after Wednesday night's third and final presidential debate. McCain's current 42% support level is at the midpoint of the 41% to 43% range he has received over the past 18 days. Obama's 52% is at the upper end of the 48% to 52% range of support he has received over the same time period.
I've spent alot of time thinking over the findings that are so divergent in the above graphic and I think there is a blarring warning signal for all Obama volunteers....
Namely, if we don't close the deal and hit the pavement, "Traditional" will be what we see on Nov. 4th... and the fact that Expanded doesn't yet equal Registered, well, that means we have a TON of work to do!!!
Let's celebrate this Gallup poll, on the day that Colin Powell gives the campaign a new lift, to do some extra work, make some extra calls, and visit the office again.
