Update 3: Via the LA Times--Los Angeles, County is slower in reporting at 16%, but San Mateo County (San Francisco) and Marin County (Oakland) are reporting much faster, with around 60% reporting. Still a nailbiter.
Update 4: People are writing fucktons of diaries tonight. Already got knocked off the "recent" list. Took like 15 minutes. I'm not sure enough people are paying attention to this to warrant the constant updating...
