Finally back in Alaska, finally back in the Governor's mansion. The press harped on Sarah's "bad hair day" but what they don't know is that Sarah Alaska Foreva was takin' it down a notch. That was "down-home Sarah." It's always been amazing to me that...
...so many people don't realize the chess moves we're making. Maybe they're used to playing checkers. Sarah is so playing these fools. She gave a great quote about "anonymous sources" in the press reports about her debate preppers from Yosemite Sam's camp -- and how they make refuting false charges impossible. Classic trap. Of course we know that anonymous sources are the lifeblood of journalism, duh. But without a name attached to the quote, it's impossible to do character assassination properly. So, you call them cowards, you call them jerks, you call them whatever-the-hell-you-want, and hope they make themselves known. And once they do, you character-assassinate their ass! Perfect. Either way they go, they're screwed.
And no one acknowledges it. Oh well. Their loss. Just makes our job all the easier. It's kind of amazing. With all this citizen journalism, and whatever, you'd think people would be more analytical, more in-depth. But that just gives me evermore hope that we'll prevail in our mission.
Alaska First. Alaska Always.
Let God's will be done. Amen.
